There has been a report that an account was hacked after talking on messenger with someone who impersonated Webzen staff.
Please note that we do not provide any support via messenger. If you need an assistance from MU Support Team, please contact us via Direct Inquiries.

Recently we have encountered a fraud website, impersonating Webzen to collect account ID and password for Global MU Online.
Please keep your personal information safe and secure at all times. Don’t give out personally identifiable information!
NOTE:
*Please remember WEBZEN do not run any events other than the ones we announce officially on our notice board.
*These websites and their addresses may look familiar to MU Online, so please be extra-careful.
*MU Online staff will never ask for in-game items, user password, IGN or any other personal information.

Hi GM
i know this is a little off topic but can you give us an indication to when we can buy W Coin. On the Maintenece anoucment it only mentions that you are implememnting the GMO shop, but gives no information to WHEN we can begin to purchase W Coin. Any information you can give us would be greatly recieved.

The new notice says that they will inform when the W coins will be able to be purchased, have patience.

hi GM... i already contact ur hq in korea.. but no answer... i need ur explaination bout banned my character.. i never play ingthis game afk... and never used bug.. and never use another hack solution.. i really wanna know.. why i got banned... tomorrow morning.. i will calling again to korea... and i will ask.. why.. this game... this server was banned me for no reason..
i wasted many time... money.. to buy p2p and buy seal...

i suggest locking or deleting topics including these fake sites.
the more get posted the more acc gets hacked and since forum and game acc are linked its these sites getting more and more legitlooking by more and more hacked users advertising them.
in the end i nearly fell for clicking that link after xxx posts by different users included fake links

Migrate my account on 17 June of K2 For WEBZEN ...
maintenance is already started to enter when there is nothing in the ACC
the love of God that migrate to find

DEAR GM,
Me myself and many others alike find it impossible to log in... from the internet start game site, after clicking on it, nothing happens... i understand that there is much work to be done on your side at the moment as i have been a fond supporter of webzen for some donkey years, if you have the free time or if its possible, i hope this logging in issue can be resolved as we all cant wait to play this game that you and your fellow crew have brought back to its golden years... the years of F2P...HORAAY!

Hello webzen please that was happening(passing) with the accounts(bills) blocked unjustly so(then) I have 3 accounts(bills) blocked which were created in average 8-9 years ago please I need that you say to me if I can unblock them thank you them go of the accounts(bills) they are orkhamar12, lordsamec3
