    I have a question. Skill Double Shot lv 17 + 7 = 0 CD is a bug?

    Marksman: Double shot lvl1 skill cd = 21s -1s/lvl

    If my math is correct lv 17 should have 5s cd without skillcard and helmet buff.

    -21% cd got from +7 card and -25/30% cd got from +24/25 helmet.
    I'm not sure about this but I think skillcard and helmet cd reduction are calculated with skilltree lvl of the skill (9 max for dubleshot), not by amplified by helmet/eq/death tirant/belt lvl.
    So: 21% of 13 is 2,73, - skillcard
    and 25% of 13 is 3,25 - helmet +24, -25% cd reduction

    So: 5s(17lvl cd) - 2,73(skillcard) - 3,25 (+24 helmet 25%) = -0,98s

    It should work somehow like this but I don't have a marksman now. I'll try to check it this weekend with my marksman friend.

      There is a delay between being able to use the skill again once you have activated it. So in theory you're down to almost nothing but in practice it's 1s+.

        Just so you know the helmet 25% cd reduction is applied AFTER eveything else (same with gloves and boots):
        Code:
        ( BaseCD_Lvl0 * ( 1 - SC_CD_reduc - Pass_CD_reduc ) - flat_SkillLvl_CD_reduc ) * ( 1 - Helmet_CD_reduc ) = Final_CD
        in your case:
        Code:
        ( 22s * (1 - 21%) - 17*1s ) * ( 1 - 25%) = 0,285s = Final_CD
