Harmony of Life and Soul Harmony

As written in the Patchnotes "Harmony of Life and Soul Harmony have now become one buff." Does anyone know if they are working exactly similar ?

I ask because if they do the TP for Soul Harmony will not be needed anymore.

Does anyone have some advice ?

The two skills do now work in a similar manner, Soul Harmony will offer more stats than Harmony of Life does. Unfortunately I cannot give any exact numbers, however I can ask Nazgul whether he could publish the formulas for how the stats are now calculated.
