I can see that things only in log screen.

Did you try flicking on/off your helmet? It could be that it's not showing them because you got the Pumpkin head visible ingame. If that is not the case please reply because it seems that various other things are wrong with decorative Items as well. Have a nice day.

"Show helmet" option hides pumpkin head(and ears respectively) and devildom helm. So, it does not work.
