The Game is getting unbearable from so many cheaters it has, yesterday I lost a castle in Cry Wolf because they were speeding, I send support every day and you send a scheduled message ... You have no respect for your players. .. Me and my Guild spend over $ 5,000 per event and you do not solve this hacker, I upload videos on youtube to be used as proof but you do not even temporary block, do you really want to bankrupt this game ????? ?????

Our team is currently investigating the reports we've received from the community members particularly from those who are participating with major events such as what you've mentioned in the thread. As of now, this is being deliberated by our team and while "temporarily blocking" these suspected users seems to be a viable option, it doesn't entirely resolve the issue as long as the program is still being used. We do understand the effects it's causing to those who are playing the game fairly which is why we would like to ask you to send me a private message (which will be containing the necessary details needed) or a ticket (if you will still consider it after sending multiple reports).

I know how hectic it is to go through to this all over again but this is completely necessary as we have a process to follow and we diligently do not allow anyone to bypass it. EVER. So yes, I would greatly appreciate your cooperation towards this and I look forward for your response.
