  • LOG IN PROBLEM

    Alrighty, so I have been playing Mu Origin for some time and ever since the MK update I could never log in. My server is the EU server and every time I log in there is no server available at all not even when I press the Guest mode. Every time I log in using Gmail it doesn't connect and says that I lost connection etc. I have invested in the game and tbh have been playing Mu since it came out on PC's. It keeps me sane when I'm bored or on break at work .

    I also tried different server and phones from iOS (iPhone 6 and & 7+) to no avail. I even tried to borrow my sisters android phone but still not working. I even tried to play it using Bluestacks and still the same? Am I doing something wrong here? Somebody please help me!

    Have you tried logging-in to the other regions? Have you tried to login using a different account? Here are some tests you can check:
    • ☐ Try a different Internet connection (if you were using mobile, use a wifi or vice versa), preferably a different ISP (you can try public hotspots for example)
    • ☐ Using that different connection, test with your regular device
    • ☐ If that did not work, test with another device (better if a different brand; e.g. Samsung and LG; or a different OS like Android and iOS; or Android 5 and Android 6)
    • ☐ Repeat the above but connect to a different game region
    • ☐ Repeat the above but use a different account (preferably a different login method as well; so if you're using Google, try Facebook or Webzen)
    The idea is to isolate and identify the issue, especially in cases like this when it is an isolated case (meaning, there are no other reports of this nature).

    If after doing these different tests and the issue persists, you will have to contact Customer Support so they can take a look into your account. Be sure to include a link to this thread so they can know which steps you have already tried (don't forget to reply to this thread before your contact them, and that you did the tests above).

      same deal here, ios iphone6 tryed eu and US east
      imma new player and the way it is now... rly feels like just deleting it

        Hi there,

        I have tried that, I tried switching networks like literally all available networks from 3G to 4G to LTE (when available). I have tried just the normal wifi (I have fibre). I did test it on my dads iPhone 5s. My iPhone 6, iPhones 6s I borrowed. I tried on my iPhone 7+ which was only a day old at that time. I tried using One+. I Tried on Huawei. I even tried running it on Bluestacks on my macOS Sierra. None of these method worked for me so I decided to even change regions from US West and East still nothing. I tried google, even tried to make a new account using FB still nothing. No server available at all like blank servers, zero.

        How should I contact the support team. Whenver I try it ask for that account number in which I cannot access cause I cannot log in.
