It might be a visual bug. You can resolve it through restarting or reinstall the game. It usually works all the time. But if not you can communicate with their CS Team. Just send the necessary details and attach a screenshot.

UI issue with the inventory with a couple items and the “Disassemble” button takes me to black screen.

I noticed I was picking up these boxes with hearts on them and they show up as a blank space in my inventory. When I tap on them I get the item description of the previous item I interacted with, but don’t get the option to sell or disassemble these items; I get no options at all. Additionally, after picking these glitchy items up my “Disassemble” button now takes me to a black screen with my inventory open. I am unable to do anything in this screen except close it. If I close out of my inventory before closing the disassemble screen then my game is unplayable as the screen goes black except for the top-level UI items - mini-map, joystick, skills, etc...
5. Steps to reproduce:
Open up the inventory to see the two blank spaces that have an invisible glitched item in them.
Hitting the “Disassemble” button and you’ll get a blank screen.

6. Expected Result:
Be able to sell or disassemble the items in my inventory. Additionally, I should also still be able to hit the “Disassemble” button to disassemble a mass of items but I’m unable to and have to disassemble items individually. Try to check their announcement here in the Forum about it. I've read this kind of issue there. It is an issue after the Nobility update.Last edited by Desteen; 18-08-20, 07:43 PM.

cant log in.
i can klick "start game", i can chause charakter and press start Game. it load to 100% and freeze!

i did the Update now i cant log in. Display freeze by 100%. all i see is a picture whit "reverse your destiny reverse the Battle Scens!" on it

i delete the game from my iphone x and reinstal it 2x but still same problehm. i w8 4 times 2 houers and hoped it will lot in and fix themself...nathing happend.

i can log in the game and play.

when attempting to load a server dungeon such as Infernal Canyon you'll see the "loading" circle then it will bump you out to the server select/log in screen.
has done it on multiple devices, tonight (24 Apr 2019, 00:00 EST)
5. Steps to reproduce:
select dungeon, tap create, tap confirm, tap start, tap enter, loading circle then server select screen.
6. Expected Result:
during loading process the game will dump to server select screen

Did you already unlock the Specialty System? It consumes a lot of exp in exchange for Specialty Points. You might check this Guide.

I can use the Dice Shop now just install the latest version which is v.5.0.3.

When i acces Dice Hunter Shop, on Dice Shop all my options to buy something are on gray....i have like 2k dice points and i can not buy anything.

Read that Guide Bro, Specialty Consumes your character's EXP to gain Specialty Points.
I guess from Rebirth 10, it can already be accessed by Rebirth 8 characters now.
