Q. My account is blocked. Why?
A. We cannot provide support regarding suspension through the Forums. Please contact our Customer Support for details.

Most of the players being blocked are due to suspicious activities in their Diamond purchases.

Q. Is there any way to remove the block on my account?
A. We cannot restore your account once it has been blocked.

Exploiting Diamonds is strictly forbidden.
