  • Rune Wizard character name bug

    I bought Rune Wizard character ticket and used it, but when I try to create RW there's a message:
    "Incorrect character name was entered or same character name exists".
    I tried to create other class with the same name, and it was fine. I just can't create RW. Help.

      Yes, the ticket number is 377309.
      It is sent from different account - the one destined for my RW.

            I also have the same problem! This is frustrating, I created my account before yesterday, I bought WCoin and the Card and I can't play.

                  Any news on this subjetc?
                  I have the same problem, bought the card and cant create the RM, i get the same error message.

                    Seriously, I don't believe the problem is so hard, that I need to wait over a week for solition. I hoped it will be fixed on tuesday maintenance but guess what? There was no maintenance. There should be some kind of refund for a delay.

                            My ticket is 14 days old and they didn't respond at all. 2 weeks without any official statement about the problem. We don't even know if they are working on it. Now I regret I have bought Rune Mage Card. I'd save money and nerves.

                              This is kind of unaceptable honestly... you should get compensated at least. Anyway, nothing more than VLs could do about this...
