  • Invisible Interface/ Transparent HUD [Solved] Win10 64 Intel HD

Hey guys, I fought this for a couple days now that I've come back to global. I managed to solve it in my case and thought I could lay out simple steps, among the many confusing threads about this issue.

    FIRST SOLUTION:
    Windows 10 64bit
    Intel HD 4400 Graphics

(Step 1) Disable driver signing: I had to do this for my computer to allow drivers from Intel rather that the manufacturer.
    https://www.howtogeek.com/167723/how...igned-drivers/

(Step 2) Disable Driver Updates: Windows 10 loves to update your drivers every time you reboot. This prevents it from going back to the current drivers without you noticing.
    http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2...e-drivers.html

(Step 3) Your new (old) driver: I went through a lot of outdated drivers looking for one that worked. Most of the drivers posted in other threads as working, weren't compatible with Win 10 64bit. So I eventually found the oldest one I could for my OS (win64_153338). I was able to just use the installer from Intel and overwrite my current driver.

Well, that's it. Hope this can save someone else the headache and frustration.
    ..

    SECOND SOLUTION:
1º - Right-click on the start menu button.
2º - Click on the Control Panel
3º - Change the (Display by: Category) by (Display by: Large icons)
4º - Click on the Device Manager
5º - Click on the Video adapters
6º - Right-click on your Video Card (My Video adapter is Intel(R) HD Graphics Family)
7º - Click on the Driver Update
8º - Click on the Search for driver software on your computer
9º - Clique on the Allow me to choose from a list of device drivers on my computer
10º - Choose the oldest version in that listen and click Next

Ready! You downgraded your driver to the version that allows Mu Online to work perfectly.

    Now the next step:

1º - Right-click on the Mu Online Icon in the Desktop
    2º - Open file location
    3º - Right-click on the (main) icon
4º - Click on the Properties
5º - Click on the Compatibility tab
6º - Click on the Run this program in compatibility mode
7º - Choose the Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
    8º - Click OK.

    Run the game!

Me too..I've got the latest Drivers for GT920M and DIRECTX 12.

HUD is transparent..although I can get inventory to have a background by opening Skills box (U) first and Inventory (V or I). Also, Map is transparent..I've got the same issues on two different machines, both on WIndows 10 and NVIDIA Gfx.

Already tried all resolutions possible as well..

Anybody got a solution for this?

        TIA

My grahics drivers are up-to-date (with dell update utilities), and directX12 are also up-to-date.

Many of us have this problem with association of Windows10, DirectX12 and intel hd graphics. But the only answer we are given is : Update your drivers and directX ...

Same issue. Updated all system and drivers. Still doesn't work. Its funny no webzen games work for me even though every other major mmorpg works on this same computer.
I guess Webzen doesn't like money that much

I had this same issue.. i have windows 10 with directx12. The problem did not come from directx12, rather from my graphics driver. I have integrated intel hd 5500 graphics. Turns out the newest driver caused this issue. I can say driver 10.18.14.4038 Intel hd graphics 5500, from windows 8, DOES work. All other versions i tried didn't. So if you have this issue and use Intel integrated graphics.. look below. Download and install. problem solved! goodluck.

That solved my problem, but my intel graphics was intel hd 4400 and the driver version i used was 9.18.10.3293. I got it from the asus webpage in the driver section from my notebook model. There is another way to get old drivers from intel, because the website only have the driver 15.xxxx. So use the automatic update from intel and click in the tab older drivers.

Maybe we should send a ticket to intel suport to fix this problem.

ps: did not try the latest version of the driver from intel, my driver version was 10.xxxxx. Gonna try that later with another versions.

                    regards.

I literally downloaded this game yesterday I was so excited but when I entered the game my interface doesn't appear I started to investigate in some older forums about this problem but all of them say that it is a driver or Directx problem so yeah I have tried everything but it doesn't seem to work.
