Problems with gift speed server event

I claimed my rewards in the web page event but I only recieved the gold channel ticket 7 days, How can I obtain the others stuff?

Thanks for the answer. The items are there (Webpage-shop-inbox) but I can't use it. All the items are "in game", nevertheless in my x-shop only appear the gold ticket. What could be?

Hi Hernanchip, if you're referring to the items from "Speedy Gift for All", you can see the items in your cash storage once you login your account to Speed server. Please take note that they are only exclusive on Speed (except the Gold Channel Ticket).

Fresei is a main server. Speed Server is an event.
