Cannot Register for Castle Siege in Arcadia - Castle Information is unavailable at the moment

Our guild is unable to register for the Castle Siege event due to an error.
This has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 weeks now. Sent a ticket in on 02/08 and still haven't go an answer from Webzen's support.
Please VL, forward this to their support so we can get an appropriate resolution for this error.
