Game Runs 25 Fps

I have gtx 1060,i5 6300hq and 12 GB Ram but game is lock 25fps
how to change that .

My driver updated, temperatures is low about 50,60 fans are clean.
im playing rdr2 40 fps high details

whats your fps ? How to solve this problem

The only solution is to webzen re write mu using a different engine, my 2070super have the same FPS, mu is locked on 25..

mu still gets stuck in places with a lot of player clusters, and mostly on the NIX map.
