    It seems everyone is experiencing the issue, including myself. I have reported it to the admin team. The admin team confirmed that it is supposed to be working today. I will let you know about any update.

          Yes, you can still claim the speed server challenges rewards, and the speed transfer rewards. Speed server is still open

        ok so heres how it works

        1. log into speed server
        2. buy speed server free from xshop
        3. go to muonline.webzen.com
        4. login your account
        5. hover your mouse over shop tab, choose game shop
        6. click on inbox
        7. and you will be able to see the free transfer ticket, because its not shown in in-game shop, ONLY in web inbox can you see it.
