    Dear Moderator,
    I am sorry to disturb you but I am desperate not to have news of my 2 tickets.
    I would like to have an idea of when they will be taken into account.
    I'm usually patient, but I've been waiting since 12/2019.

      TaaToor I inquired about it for you again.

      Admin gave this reply today:
      "thanks for the follow-up. We'll check this on our list. As I know all vault restorations have already been processed. "
