  • i mistaked in the register in address email

    hi
    i open more account to play , and i do mistakes with the adress email , now i cant to verify the mail
    someone can help me ? managers ?

    Make a CS Ticket here: http://cs.webzen.com/Inquiry/RegistInquiry/194/790

    Include the details it asks for. List the email which you write by mistake, and then explain what the real address is. Send it.

    Then, please share the ticket number here so i can help you resolve it.

                  I made a report about it and forwarded it to GM. However, they may not process the request because they stopped processing requests about email change service. I will try to help though.

                i can tell them the ip what i connect all the time and what them want to know ...
                just little mistake !

                i hope they help me because i can lose the account for this
                i have 1more account and 1time the game asked me to verify my email ..
                if its happened in this account ? what i need to do ...
