                            Sorry, but can you give me more detail? I looked back through the thread and see


                            New Ticket# 381290: Finally I have my character, but the Speed Transfer Rewards are not there. I ranked #35 with Speed Server Character: Moment.

                            VL/VM's please provide assistance. I spent $150+ on the Speed Server to get to level 700 and obtain the rewards.

                            PLEASE HELP!!!
                            So, it is just issue that you did not receive the rewards, correct? So, are we talking about Ticket #381290?

                              Correct. Ticket # 383702 is the one open. I did not receive speed awards even though I ranked #35
