  • Speed Transfer Ticket Not Working

    New Ticket# 383702: Finally I have my character, but the Speed Transfer Rewards are not there. I ranked #35 with Speed Server Character: Moment.

    VL/VM's please provide assistance. I spent $150+ on the Speed Server to get to level 700 and obtain the rewards.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

            2 important things to do in transfer - Click Verify name to see if it's taken, and do the transfer 10 minutes after account exit. Usually it goes smooth around 15~30 mins logged off.

            As your screen shows game still open(you haven't made clear if you closed game before or did but had error and logged back to show still active on speed) that is the most likely reason.

            Only VL/VM and support can fix the error.

              I did close the game before and wait 10+ minutes. The screenshot is just to show all information at the same time. Screenshots were created 24 hours after situation to show everything in one screenshot.

              Someone accessed my account after transfer maintenance and used my coupon for Helheim server and stole my 100k ruud prize... I dont expect to recover the 100k ruud prize, but my server is Midgard. Now I have a new acc with Rune Mage at wrong server. I sent a ticket with date/hour and ip adress of intruder.

                  Your issue was reported. I gave ticket #, image, and explanation of what happened and your complaint. Lets hope for speedy resolution for you.
