    Hello.

    Unfortunately, another poorly implemented ban wave has appeared.

    Please, if you feel like you were wrongfully banned, make a CS Ticket about it and share that Ticket # here.

    I will be compiling a list for Admin to review. I have already pulled the following tickets for the complaints throughout the forums. Please add your ticket # in the comments to add it to the list.

    Lets hope for resolution, as I believe that most of you guys are innocent and dedicated players!

    I come heartily to ask you to review the case of my hancokzin account, as the server is full of 777 and 101010 errtels. And at the time I only had notice that the 101010 and not the 777 were prohibited. I bought the 777 errtels to resell and did not know that it was duplicated.     I have a number of tickets closed without even being consulted. closed automatically, when they are not automatically closed they ask to contact in a new ticket that is automatically closed.

    This is absurd, all the time violating their own privacy policies, preventing the user from having access to your data.

    I think that they are working well , i get blocked as well but I think they are right .When they are not right , let them think that they are right and keep it going and the wrong one will be bigger .When they have their mistake big enough , they will be destroyed themselves . U dont need to begging them like this

    I just sent a request to Admin to re-investigate your case. And also asked them, if they find your account eligible for a ban, to explain the reason of the ban at least a little bit.

    (VM)izakit I could never have explored this, because I don't have any Rune Mage char created in my account. I just want to play again.

    My buying history of in-game conduct does not match my suspension.

    They never inform me of the reason for the suspension, they just say they can't support me and I keep trying day after day.
