Its totally unbelievable that they have to ask for videos when is a sytem problem. who can make a video of other players using a hack? some idiots did themselves and then put it in Facebook or you tube but, how to ask this to other players? looks like they are defending the hackers. they could look in the system, the data and see when the game was out of normal. what players cause this, times, stats etc. I never go to understand why they want to run a game that they dont know. just to make money? where is the support? they are no making their part.
