    Quick question, how good is that bonus for 30 points in evasion soul tree?

    It said give you a chance to heal 5% of max HP when you evade an attack. Does it mean you will not always heal every time you dodge an attack?

    And last, does it works with evade from skill like smoke screen and that wind run ( I forgot the name for those skill).

          Dragon hunter don't have any static stats all are rollable in dragon hunter

          If you go to non switchanble stats you can try
          Bottom - Dragon Plate
          Shoulders - Shadow phantom
          Boots - there is no any options for boots with static stats - so yous any what best what you can found with att + eva + CDR/MS (prefer to your gameplay)

            hi,
            very nice guide, i build my wisperer around it. But i have one question:
            Why do you prefer CD against ATT?

            I would calculate DPS like:

            ATT+(ATT*CR*CD) = DPS

            for Example:
            ATT = 5000
            CR= 30%
            CD = 200%

            5000 +(5000*0,3*2)=8000 DPS

            if we get + 5% ATT:
            5250 + (5250*0,3*2)=8400 DPS

            if we get +15% CD:
            5000 + (5000*0,3*2,15)=8225 DPS

            Maybe my calculation ist wrong, but it seems that 5% more ATT is better than 15% more CD.

            ATT = 5000
            CR = 30%
            CD = 200%
            CDR=0%
            Cooldown=30s

            SD = Skill-Damage (Bombardment) = 1550% (not sure, cant check @work )

            (ATT*BT+(ATT*BT*CR*CD))/(Cooldown*(100-CDR)=DPS

            Example:
            Base:
            (5000*15,5+(5000*15,5*0,3*2))/(30*((100-0)/100)=4133,33 DPS

            if we get +5% more ATT:
            (5250*15,5+(5250*15,5*0,3*2))/(30*((100-0)/100)=4340,00 DPS

            if we get 100 more ATT:
            (5100*15,5+(5100*15,5*0,3*2))/(30*((100-0)/100)=4216 DPS

            if we get +5% more CD:
            (5000*15,5+(5000*15,5*0,3*2,05))/(30*((100-0)/100)=4172,08 DPS

            if we got +15% more CD:
            (5000*15,5+(5000*15,5*0,3*2,15))/(30*((100-0)/100)=4249,58 DPS

            if we get +5% more CDR:
            (5000*15,5+(5000*15,5*0,3*2))/(30*((100-5)/100))=4350,87 DPS

            --> For Bombardment it seems that you prefer:
            CDR > CD (if you have the choice between 100 ATT or 15% CD) > ATT

            lets Check for electric explosion:
            is there dependence beetween Attackspeed and Cooldown? 0,2 sec Cooldown would be 5 Attacks per second.

            ATT = 5000
            CR = 30%
            CD = 200%
            CDR=0%
            Cooldown=0,2s

            SD= Skill-Damage (electric explosion) = 205% (not sure, cant check @work )
            Base:
            (5000*2,05+(5000*2,05*0,3*2))/(0,2*((100-0)/100)=82000 DPS

            if we get 100 more ATT:
            (5100*2,05+(5100*2,05*0,3*2))/(0,2*((100-0)/100)=83640 DPS

            if we get +5% more CD:
            (5000*2,05+(5000*2,05*0,3*2,05))/(0,2*((100-0)/100)=82768,75 DPS

            if we got +15% more CD:
            (5000*2,05+(5000*2,05*0,3*2,15))/(0,2*((100-0)/100)=84306,25 DPS

            if we get +5% more CDR:
            (5000*2,05+(5000*2,05*0,3*2))/(0,2*((100-5)/100)=86315,79 DPS

            for electric explosion:
            CDR > CD (if you have the choice between 100 ATT or 15% CD) > ATT

            i pretty sure, that my wisperer do not cast 5x/sec electric explosion

                Some time ago I have switched from Attack / CR / CD to Attack / CDR / CR intention was to use level 60 CDR soul box ability. Much to my surprise this build actually works fine. I will spare you full math, but with Power of Madness attack is the most important stat for whisperer:
                - you can pump your attack by 50% with PoM and you can use this brief moment to wreck true havok with bombardment/ explosive shot

                Funny fact:
                - PoM gives you just enough MP to do PoM/Bombardment/Explosive shot cycle again if your skills reset from CDR 60 soul box.

                  I decrease a quote size. but your math is wrong.

                  correct formula for ideal calculation should be

                  hits number - HN
                  Attack - ATT
                  Critical rate - CR
                  Critical damage - CD

                  Total damage = ((HN/100*(100-CR))*ATT)+((HN/100*CR)*ATT/100*CD)

                  But this works just in case if you have 30% CR and this means you crit 30 times from 100 hits. but this incorrect because in fact you got more then 30 crit hits from 100. Because CR calculated seporatly to each hit. and with this calculation you can crit 100 times from 100 hits or 0 times from 100 hit. depend on RNG.

                  So this means if you have big CD value I mean more then 400% CD will give you more profit. Thets why I sometimes cnahge ATT to CD.

                  BTW I got 5880 ATT unbuffed so for me isn't a big deal spend 100-200 ATT to CD

                    Incorrect PoM gives you 50% from your base attac, i got just around 1800 addition ATT from PoM but I have 5880 ATT unbuffed, this means PoM not add a half of your total damage.

                    and about CDR, yes this can have some proffit but not for bombardment or exposive, because if you need cast them twice in row, this means two things:
                    1 - you don't have damage for do what you do and you need check your gear and stats.
                    2 - your party don't have any damagem in this way you need change party

                    for example My max crit from bomdardment is around 800K, lupas mobs at lvl 100 lupa have 1,8m for 5m party, so after I cast bombardment moust part of mobs should left around 2/3 HP, and I have otehr DPS in party who should do they damage to. So in total after burst party cast should left just elite monsters or some monsters who didn't got any crits and this take around 3-5 sec. with CDR your CD will be around 15sec(without reset), so when you got CDed skill there is no monsters for use it. all simple
