    Full detailed description of the bug you are experiencing:

    I've installed the game several times, through steam, and the standalone version, tried every single posibility I found on the internet, nothing works for me.
    You will find the log file from the launcher attached to this message.

    The issue:
    I can download the game, I can login, but when I press the PLAY button the launcher freezes for a second and nothing happens, I don't get error messages, nothing.

    Info:

    PC:
    16 GB DDR4
    CORE I5 6600K
    GPU EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
    SSD + HDD // 120GB + 1TB
    WIN 10 PRO
    DRIVERS & SO UP TO DATE
    DX VCREDIST and everything working

    I do not own any antimalware software, my firewall is disabled, I don't have issues with any other software / game, I've restarted my PC and connection several times, did fresh installs and everything.
    I did checks on file integrity multiple times. I lowered the internet options to medium-high- medium and high to test it. I do have admin rights and all the executables were set to launch with and without admin mode.

    My webzen account exists since 2008, I play mu online (the old one), I can login into the site and other games, I participated on the CBT1 CBT2 and OBT and I have a dark wizard here.

    I've opened tickets, they tell me to lower internet settings but THAT solution is for LOGIN BUTTONS, and DOESN'T WORK

    The ticket is Escalated now, don't know what's happening really.

    Other stuff I found that might be related:

    I cannot LINK my webzen account to steam
    I cannot UNLINK my facebook account from the webzen profile
    I cannot UNLINK my google account from the webzen profile


    The play button still does nothing, maybe is something related to my account itself.
    I can't reply to the ticket and no info has been presented yet.

    Please read the post

    1) I have no antivirus software
    2) I have installed the game several times, through standalone and steam installer, checked integrity multiple times
    3) Flash? wtf did you really use flash? It's deprecated on all major browsers

    I can't launch the game through steam it says "An unexpected error has ocurred. Please try again" every single time I try to login. So I directly run the launcher.

    The launcher might be the one causing issues.

    There could be several things that can block the launcher to iniciate:

    1) Antivirus.
    2) Missing softwere needed to run the game.
    3) Flash issues.

    I would recommend to check one by one those 3 points.

    1) Try to see if you have antivirus and just close it to try the game.
    2) Check if you have install all the softwere needed to execute the game (Visual C++, Framework, Directx). You can find some of them in the following direct: C:\Program Files (x86)\WEBZEN\MU_LEGEND_GLOBAL\_CommonRedist

    There will be no maintenance tomorrow. The next maintenance will be on the 27/12/2018.
    Also it's Christmas right now support might be a little slow during these festive days
