  • [We are hiring!] DE/EN GPS Positions

    Dear Community,

Join us, and become a member of the Webzen Dublin family! We are looking for passionate players, clever business people and real talent to become part of our German Game Publishing Specialist team.

Have you always wanted to turn your passion into a profession? Would you like to join the Webzen team and take responsibility for your game? This could be your chance! You will be working in Webzen's European HQ in Dublin and will become part of our gaming company.

We at Webzen believe that your favorite games are best kept in the hands of players from their communities. So, of course, we expect potential candidates to be familiar with at least one of our games or our portal. But remember, the call is for a real job, not for a role as a moderator or volunteer!

*This opportunity is located at our Dublin office and is not offered as a freelance/work-from-home role.

    Social Media Management
    • Engage with an active community via social media
    • Maintain and moderate a forum (such as vBulletin)
In-game Operations (the amount of time allocated to each of the following will vary, depending on the main game title being worked on, company policy and current business objectives)

    Quality Assurance
    • Test game-expansion content and ensure new content is accurately translated
    • Reproduce and report critical bugs and exploits
    Event Operation
    • Plan and execute customized in-game events, competitive tournaments & shop offers
    Desired Experience and Skills
    • Attention to detail, QA and community management experience
    • Fluent English & German speaker with excellent communication skills
    • Great affinity with people – both in the workplace and within the community. We're looking for a team player!
    • Strong self-motivation, ability to work autonomously, evaluate priorities and manage your time efficiently
    • Must be result-driven, with an ability to circumvent blockers
    • Customer-service focused and passionate about maintaining a positive online culture within games

this job description sounds like you want whoever you hire to run the game and do all the side jobs so that no one else has work to do and you can all sit back and be lazy i wonder why the last person quit... maybe your budget isnt that big but i dont think throwing 6 jobs in 1 is the way to save money on cost and improve the game to the point people come back and stick with the game...
